TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Chandu GFX ("we", "us", "our") to the client ("you", "client"). By placing an order, making payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Chandu GFX provides YouTube thumbnail design and related creative services. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and price will be confirmed before starting the project.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.

  • 100% advance payment is required before work begins, unless agreed in writing.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the design work has started.

  • Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt.

3. Revisions

  • Each order includes up to 2 revisions unless otherwise specified.

  • Revisions mean minor changes (text, color, positioning). Concept changes are not included.

  • Additional revisions will be charged separately.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 24–72 hours per thumbnail, depending on workload and complexity.

  • Delays caused by late client responses, missing information, or change in requirements are not our responsibility.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide clear instructions, text, references, and assets before the project starts.

  • Confirm final approval within a reasonable time.

  • Ensure they have the legal right to use any images, logos, or materials they provide.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • Full usage rights are transferred to the client only after full payment.

  • Chandu GFX reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, websites, and social media for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

7. No Guaranteed Results

  • We design thumbnails using best practices for CTR optimization, but we do not guarantee views, clicks, revenue, or YouTube performance.

  • Final performance depends on multiple factors beyond design (content, title, algorithm, audience, competition).

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds once the project has started or files are delivered.

  • If the client cancels before work starts, a refund may be issued after deducting transaction charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Chandu GFX shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including loss of revenue, views, or channel performance.

  • Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Third-Party Content

  • We are not responsible for copyright claims arising from client-provided content.

  • The client bears full responsibility for any legal issues related to provided materials.

11. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Changes to Terms

Chandu GFX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
